Mamata Pachabhaiya, 19, of Badagoun VDC-2 has appealed to Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) for initiating efforts for Justice.
She appealed INSEC and other human rights organizations on March 1 stating that her husband, Man Bahadur Pachabhaiya, expelled her from house after marrying second wife.
The perpetrator has been working at Ramband Barrack of Manang. The victim has been staying at her parent’s home since her husband misbehaved her.

The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on charge of polygamy. However DSP of District Police Office Padam Prasad Subedi informed that he has recommended for departmental action against perpetrator as he could not take action against army-man.
