As many as 15 people were injured when a jeep, Lu 1 Ja 1958, bound for Butwal from Thulo Lumpek fell some 50 metres down the road at Gwadi VDC-5 in Gulmi district on Monday afternoon.
Nine of the injured have been sent to Lumbini Medical College in Palpa for further treatment after preliminary treatment at Ruru Primary Health Post while the rest are undergoing treatment at Ruru Primary Health Post, informed in-charge of Ruru Primary Health Centre Dev Bahadur Budhathoki.
Three of the injured is said to be in critical condition.
The break failure is said to be the cause of the accident.
The police with the help of locals had rescued the victims.
